Join us for a one-of-a-kind hat-building event at Ste. Chapelle! Your ticket includes a glass of wine, a hat to design, quality materials, and expert guidance from the S’More Adventures team. Multiple sessions from 1-4 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome!

Want to make a night of it? Stay for our final Open Air concert of the year featuring Petty Theft: A Tom Petty tribute band. Doors open at 4 p.m, show begins at 6 p.m.

Join us at neighboring Sawtooth for the 2nd Annual Wine & Wheels Vintage Car Show, a celebration of Idaho's finest automobiles and wines. Reserve your spot now to showcase your classic car among an incredible line-up or come as a spectator to enjoy array of vintage models alongside fellow car enthusiasts. Awards will be presented across various categories, with winners taking home a prized bottle of wine.

Paired with a blonde chocolate shell, vanilla cake with fresh lemon zest, granny smith apples, homemade salted caramel, and gold crackle finish.

Panoramic Rosé

Paired with a milk chocolate shell, strawberry cake with milk chocolate ganache truffle and fresh strawberry filling, freeze-dried strawberry dusted with edible ruby dust.

Panoramic Merlot

Paired with a ruby chocolate shell, vanilla cake spritzed with orange and vanilla simple syrup, fresh rhubarb filling, scented with orange zest nutmeg, and cardamom, ruby chocolate strip finish.

Panoramic Syrah

​​Paired with a dark chocolate shell, olive oil cake, spritzed with honey liqueur, mild goat cheese, sweetened with local honey, and seasoned with hand-crushed roasted pink peppercorns and drizzled with chocolate balsamic vinegar, topped with gold flake and sea salt garnish.
