Although Idaho is best known for world class Rieslings, Ste. Chapelle produces a wide variety of great tasting wines. From Chardonnay and Merlot, to Ice Wine and Sparkling Wine, Ste. Chapelle is continuing to grow along with Idaho as a premium wine producer.
Winemaker's Series
Our Winemaker's Series wines, made from our choicest Snake River Valley grapes, reflect the artful hand of our winemaker, Chuck Devlin.
Ice Wine
Super-ripe grapes are gently pressed, yielding a lush nectar.
Sparkling Wine
Ste. Chapelle has long produced award-winning sparkling wines.
Chateau Series
Our Chateau Series varietal wines combine outstanding quality with easy drinking and unmatched value. They are available in both 750 ml and 1.5 liter sizes.
Soft Wines
Our Soft Wines wines are geared to wine consumers preferring
lower-alcohol, softly fruity wines, and includes White, Red and Rosé.
Ice Wine
Ste. Chapelle began producing ice wine in 1998, and quickly gained a national reputation for this rare dessert wine. Idaho provides the perfect conditions for superb ice wine: sufficient warmth to ripen the grapes, and enough cold right after harvest to freeze them on the vine. The frozen clusters of super-ripe grapes are gently pressed, yielding a lush nectar. Production is limited as each grape provides only a few drops of concentrated sweetness.
